Ach laddie, I Just use me knife. My skills are amazing. And if desperate a hand held thingie oh yeah and a electric coffee grinder. Wish I had a ricer--hand cranked! But I feel ya. I wish some of my stuff would go ahead and break so I can get a new one. My best pandemic purchase is a cordless hand mixer. BOSS! but I do BAKE a lot!!!
Aloha Alex! Kay and I bought a Cuisinart food processor more than a decade ago at COSTCO (haven’t been a member since) and NEVER used it! It’s an ELEVEN cup capacity. There is a CD for instruction (it’s that old!) Still in the box! You can have it if you’d like. Let us know and we can work out transference. If so, I’ll send some pix. Love the good work of The Wok! My DLC lasted as long as it did cause it sat in a closet and was never used - it was in mint condition! No need for yours though - make some dressings with it.
