He had possible mental problems and probable criminal tendencies and also some good salad dressing recipes.
Roasted Red Pepper Vinaigrette
1 cup roasted red pepper
1 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup honey
1 tablespoon dried basil
5 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon salt
2 cups olive oil
Add all ingredients except olive oil to blender and then slowly drizzle in oil until incorporated.
Mimosa Dressing
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 cup white wine vinegar
1 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
3 cups olive oil
Put in the blender and, again, add the olive oil slowly until thickened.
Dijon Vinaigrette
2 egg yolks
2/3 cup Dijon mustard
1 1/2 cups apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
Put in the blender and add the olive oil slowly until thickened, obviously.
Caesar Dressing
8 egg yolks
1/3 cup chopped garlic
2 cans anchovies including the oil
Blend it up and then add:
1/8 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon black pepper
Mix well and serve with romaine lettuce and croutons.
