Broccolini in the Ooni

A wonderful family donated an Ooni pizza oven to Nirvana Wok a while back. The earliest model with gas coming from the rear - newer units have a three-sided system. It works great as a broiler. Put some broccolini tossed with orange juice and olive oil in a quarter pan and nuked it. High heat = caramelization = flavor.
