Broiled Broccoli
Parboiled these for one minute and then threw them in Nirvana Wok’s outdoor broiler after tossing them in olive oil and garlic.
Nirvana Wok should really be called Nirvana Broiler since I rarely use the wok nowadays. The broiler (an Ooni pizza oven) provides all the char/Maillard reaction I need without all the smoke that a wok creates.
