Salmon, cauliflower and hash browns last night. We had mayo on hand so I made tartar sauce with onions, pickle relish, garlic powder and lime juice from a bottle. The low quality very moist frozen hash browns were impossible to brown and became mashed potatoes. Loaded them up with roasted garlic.
Looking forward to not posting every single day when we switch to a monthly format next year but glad I stuck with it this year. Only 38 posts to go!
