Asked to do a last minute meal service and decided on quick and easy four ounce breaded pollock fillets, drizzled with olive oil and spices and baked in sheet pans. Had the makings for tartar sauce in the house. Cooked rice and lentils, canned peas with a pound of butter and spices. Realized that canned peas are good.
No cake or pie available so we handed out individual servings of granola.
Pretty good for a no-budget meal - all our food is donated. Given out for free to over 150 appreciative customers.
