Remember when a pandemic hit and Donald Trump gifted a million dollars to anyone who had a business license - no strings attached?
It was amazing to see the neglected playground field near our house explode with multiple species of weeds and wildflowers.
The smog in Los Angeles went away within days.
I’m trying to think of positive things here.
The work from home concept destroyed the financial future of commercial real estate based on soulless buildings where the windows don’t open and the hapless chaps within are forced to breathe recirculated air. Good thing.
The darkest part of the pandemic for me was having big ugly sweaty white guys huff and puff and breathe on me as they jogged.
