Giant, Delicious Arthropods
The best tasting crab meat comes from the Florida stone crab (Menippe mercenaria), with the blue crab (Callinectes sapidus) coming in a close second.
Large crabs taste good too though. Melted butter and lemon required.

(Paralithodes camtschaticus) The largest species of king crab. Can weigh up to 25 pounds.
A 20 pound case of Alaska Red King Crab will run you about 1200 dollars.
Coconut Crab
The Coconut Crab (Birgus latro) can weigh up to nine pounds.
Japanese Spider Crab
The Japanese Spider Crab (Macrocheira kaempferi) has “the largest known leg-span of any arthropod around 12 feet and can weigh 42 pounds.”

The Tasmanian Giant Crab
