Bought a cheap tortilla press and have been experimenting with it. Quickly came to the conclusion that store-bought flour tortillas are fine but homemade corn tortillas made with masa and lard are “fire.” According to the teens who are beneficiaries of these culinary experiments.

Impossibly Bad Burgers
Kroger salmon burgers are disgusting, despite the virtue signalling on the label. Do we really care that these “wild caught” patties have “no artificial preservatives?”
Not when they contain coconut oil particles, pea protein and cocoa powder. Yuk.
If you want to make salmon burgers at home use salmon, bread crumbs, egg and spices.
