Matzo Pizza Triumph!
After a few tries I have perfected matzo pizza. The secret is to cover the entire cracker with sauce, use a light amount of mozzarella, slice and dice your toppings so they are small. Cook at 350 for ten minutes, then broil a couple minutes more. Add grated Parmesan after. You can slice them with a pizza cutter which proves that this is REAL pizza.
This could be a food vendor business opportunity for someone. All they would need is a toaster oven. Good luck!
