More Microdonations: Sandwiches and Tools

Microdonations are an easy and inexpensive way to help those in need

Many Seattle church groups and other organizations donate hundreds of sandwiches every week. You as an individual without those institutional resources can throw together four ham and cheese and stick them in a bag with some other snacks. A Microdonation! That’s what I did today before running an unrelated errand on the Nirvana WOK eBike. Guy in wheelchair at the McDonald’s drive-thru was appreciative. A group of three drug users perked up when I gave them their goods.

A safe and quick way to donate food is to pull up on a bike with the icebreaker “you want a sandwich and some snacks?”

Found extra items when cleaning the garage recently. Specialized plumbing tools, ball peen hammers, other stuff that someone is gonna find useful.
