Potatoes tossed in 90/10 canola/olive oil (we take what we can get) and spices and baked to be reheated later. Served with individual containers of a quite tasty Parmesan mustard sauce.
When cooking for 150 people, use this as a side to prep in advance, marinate some chicken thighs to cook that night (the number one most common meat item we get donated) and serve with a fruit salad.
