A home cook usually doesn’t have ten pound bags of tuna lying around but that sure comes in handy when cooking for 150 (see photo).
Nirvana Wok’s All-American Tuna Casserole
Ingredients: Pasta, mushroom soup, tuna, frozen peas, cheddar cheese and crumbled up Lay’s™ potato chips. You’ll see in the photo here that we didn’t have Lay’s chips - that is a no-no. You MUST use Lay’s.
Directions: Cook pasta, drain and lightly mix all ingredients together (including half of the potato chips) and place in a buttered pan. Heat to safe temperature, add remaining potato chips to top of casserole and broil for three more minutes, then serve with lemon wedges.
