Recipe: Chimichurri Pesto
Chimichurri works well with almost anything. This time around I made it in the blender. I think the best method is to chop the ingredients finely - the more you pulverize garlic the stronger it gets. Won’t make it pesto-style next time.
Nirvana Wok Chimichurri Sauce
Chop parsley, cilantro, garlic, jalapeno and shallots and mix with oregano, lemon zest, red wine vinegar, olive oil and salt.
