Rice Rolls and Instant Seattle Pho
Lunch today from Saigon Deli - shrimp bánh cuốn with daikon and carrot topped with fried shallots and cilantro, served with nước chấm dipping sauce.
Also got to try some Pho’nomenal Bowl® dried ramen. This shelf stable treat obviously does not contain the Thai basil or red pepper or green onion seen on the packaging but was still quite delicious and pho-like.
