Sage Flavored Breakfast Sausage

Added some sage leaves to a batch of Bob Evans sage flavored breakfast sausage.

You need a bit of maple syrup with these even if no pancakes are involved.

I think the best sausage-related eight dollars I ever spent was on a cheap meat thermometer from a popular online retailer. Allows you to cook sausages of all kinds to perfection without overcooking them.

Recipe: Fry sage leaves in olive oil until light brown and crisp and drain on paper towels. Use as garnish for various dishes.
