Nirvana Wok Shrimp in Black Bean Sauce
Steam some tail-on shrimp and set aside
In a wok, fire up some onions, garlic, bok choy and bell peppers
Make a sauce of black beans, chili sauce, soy sauce, sugar, white pepper, chicken stock and corn starch slurry
Combine ingredients and serve with steamed rice and chopped green onion
