Robert Rich invented non-dairy whipped topping in 1945, and later wisely bought the naming rights to the stadium in Buffalo, New York where the Bills play. Now known as Highmark stadium, the place is named after a “non-profit” healthcare corporation. I put “non-profit” in quotes because, for starters, hospitals with tax-free status still take people to court for unpaid medical bills.
I saw the Grateful Dead and Bob Dylan perform at Rich Stadium.
Do not eat non-dairy whipped topping … unless you want to shorten your life.
