All three toppings here don’t work on a frozen pizza. Arugula needs to be fresh, as does the mozzarella. The “prosciutto” was thick, leathery and tasteless, like someone added salt to a squished piece of wet cardboard.
Alas, I'm not suprised. I like TJ's for a lot of its products, but not their pizzas.
