You're Never Too Old for Egg Foo Young
A family tradition of ours has me making up ridiculous names for omelettes when offering them to the kids. “Who wants an Alabama scramble?” And of course the next time that devolves into “who wants a Tacoma bramble, double yellow” and so on.
With that in mind I am calling my latest batch of Egg Foo Young “Hillman City Style Egg Too Young.”
Hillman City Style Egg Too Young
Beat eggs and oyster sauce, add ground pork, scallions and parboiled bean sprouts.
Fry in olive oil and drain on paper towels. Serve with your favorite condiments.
