Update: Uncle Ike (above) texted me to say that he does own "5 properties in the Central District but never developed anything. This narrative I own so much of the CD is nonsensical."
Set up with Donorbox and Patreon but not taking donations any time soon. Will need a $210 donation a year from now to cover my expenses for maintaining an LLC in the State of Washington.
