Experimented with flour tortillas as pizza crusts. Doesn’t work well, even after toasting the tortillas before adding toppings. Too gummy.
Pizza dough is messy and time consuming and those supermarket crusts like Boboli™ are terrible. The best substitute I’ve found so far is Matzo crackers. Similar to a Chicago tavern-style thin and crispy crust.

Aloha Alex! If I need a “hurry up” pizza crust, I use Naan Bread. Not gummy!
