Made this for tonight but there was a miscommunication so I’ll be saving it in the fridge for Monday - all good.
Beefaroni
(Macaroni and beef with tomato sauce)
30 lb. ground beef
10 lb. ground chicken
8 oz. garlic
2 cases crushed tomatoes (28 oz. x12/case)
10 lb. onions
10 lb. bell peppers
1 lemon
6 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
spices to taste: salt, pepper, red pepper, oregano
Cook ground beef and chicken and drain fat. Cook garlic, peppers and onions. And tomato sauce, spices. Should fill three deep hotel pans. Serve mixed with as much macaroni as deemed appropriate for the situation. If you have Parmesan cheese in the house use that as a topping.
