Spicy BBQ Prawns Prepare rice noodles and set aside. Parboil broccoli and eggplant. Make a slurry of water, sugar, corn starch, soy sauce, chili sauce, oyster sauce and a dash of sesame oil. Add a small amount of oil that tolerates high heat to your wok – I used grapeseed oil this time – and cook your veggies in batches. For this meal I used broccoli, eggplant, bell peppers, red peppers, jalapeno peppers, onions, garlic, ginger and galangal.
ALOHA Alex! A very nice thing NIRVANA WOK is doing, Mahalo Nui Loa. Some of the best I have ever felt (in my heart) is when I hand food that I have made with that intention, to someone who needs it and genuinely appreciates it. I have followed your many projects over the years and I must say that this is - by far - my favorite. J and K
